As a lead designer at Hayworth Creative, I art directed and executed event programs, signage, identities and ad design. My responsibilities included:

• Leading concept creation and presenting to our stakeholders

• Taking approved creative into final execution and production

• Overseeing the quality control, production and proofing with our creative team

• Selecting materials and substrates for our merchandise
